Carved by wind and water, a slow grinding
of forms in granite, these huge stone monoliths
tower skyward, dwarfing human figures passing
through this Bald Cone landscape.
Ice trails blow across the sky accompanied by
the flight of a Salvins Albatross picking up
the wind draft as it sweeps overhead.
