Returns + Refunds

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on exhibition artwork, sale items, or gift cards.

Little River Gallery does not offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please make sure your selection is well considered. Our aim is for you to be delighted with your purchase from us.

All items are packaged with great care and attention by our team, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty product due to poor handling in transit, we will offer a full refund. Please note that refunds will only be provided if you notify us in writing of the fault or damage within 24 hours after you receive the product and the damaged or faulty item is returned to us within 7 days after you receive it.

To be eligible for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. If it is evident there is damage to the packing material, please take images of the condition of the package prior to opening.
  2. Contact us at info@littlerivergallery within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or faulty product.
  3. We will provide instructions on how to return the product to us.
  4. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned product, and let you know if the refund was approved or not
  5. Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that have been used or altered in any way. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  6. Proof of purchase is required to facilitate a return

Exchanges

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original undamaged packaging and unused, with the original receipt or other proof of purchase.

The decision to offer an exchange or credit is at the discretion of Little River Gallery.

We will work with you to arrange a product exchange and send you a replacement as soon as possible. If you are unable to choose something to exchange your item with, store credit can be arranged for you to choose something at another time. You will need to cover the cost of return shipping of the item to be exchanged, unless the item is faulty.  

The item being exchanged must be safely and securely packaged in its original packaging and couriered with any relevant documents to the following address: Little River Gallery, 4237 Christchurch Akaroa Rd, Little River 7591.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the product has been damaged or altered in any way. Shipping and handling fees for exchanged products will apply.
