Headlining this years Summer Show is the much-admired Christchurch-based artist Harriet Millar. Alongside Harriet’s covetable work is a curated selection of absolute gems from our stockroom.
Our featured artist, Harriet Millar, exhibits nationwide and has work in private collections both here and abroad. Working mainly with acrylic and occasionally oil, Harriet is hugely inspired by the magic of the New Zealand landscape. Her interpretations involve substantial layering of paint with thick loose brushstrokes, and hints of unexpected colour.
