Christchurch based artist Lorelei Jenner has been painting and exhibiting nationally for over twenty years. A finalist in the 2001 Wallace Art Awards, Lorelei completed a Diploma in Visual Arts, but considers herself primarily self-taught. Lorelei’s creative process is strongly intuitive, enjoying and embracing accidents, experimenting with drips, colour bleeding and mark making. She works quickly and energetically in an attempt to keep the work fresh and dynamic.
