"I tend to be influenced by natural forms and patterns –often times  with found materials.

Early work incorporated cross-veined marble and cooks turban shell in bezel settings.  I also took wax
castings of found objects with geometric patterns (for example the Aristotle lantern inside the kina).

The most enduring pieces however have been hand cut, textured and brushed native leaves and flowers made from silver and red oxidized copper which are sold in galleries around the country (mainly as
earrings but also as chains and necklaces).
I have also been exploring combinations of silver and copper in differing patterns and oxidizing the resulting work. "
