"To me, art is the evocative mediator between the soul
and the spirit.
Art can evoke feelings, good and bad, from humor to tragedy. It can represent a reality, or completely re-invent reality.

Creativity has always been an important part of my life and I have explored many mediums, from fabric and fiber, painting, song writing and ceramic sculpture.

I live in Southbridge and am a member of the Halswell Pottery group and involved with several community galleries within the Selwyn District in hope of raising the importance of art and creativity in this area.

I have exhibited my work in several South Island galleries including The Grain Store gallery , Oamaru, The Sylvan Gallery, Little River Gallery, Form Gallery, Longueville Gallery, Aigantighe in Timaru, The Selwyn Gallery, Down By The Liffey Gallery , Lakeland Art  in Leeston,Tin Palace in Lyttleton."
